Your Tasks
- You support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- You assist users and provide IT support.
- You help the team with troubleshooting and problem-solving,
- as well as managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure.
- Additionally, you actively contribute to our project work.
Your Profile
- You demonstrate the patience and diligence required to understand complex matters and to apply your findings effectively in problem-solving workflows.
- You develop cross-functional awareness of internal quality standards.
- You have experience with installing and configuring Windows systems – or you're willing to learn.
- You demonstrate commitment and reliability.
- You're a team player with strong communication skills – you enjoy working with others and have a strong service mindset.
- You have strong analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach – you identify problems early and develop sustainable solutions.
- You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Providing on-site support at our various client locations, when required, is no problem for you.
- A Class B driver’s license is desirable.
